Book an Appointment

Two ways to get on the schedule

Pilot takes bookings through its online appointment page - the Book Appointment button on their site - or the simple way: call 830-980-2479 and office manager Mari will get you scheduled. You can also text Mari at 210-712-7865 to start the conversation and arrange for a technician to come out and assess your system.

If we miss your call

If the team misses a call because they are helping another customer, Pilot says they make sure to get back to you fast - they try to keep it under 30 minutes.
