Our story
Pilot Heating and Cooling LLC is a family-owned heating and air conditioning company based in Spring Branch, TX. The company has been in business since 2004, and its team brings together backgrounds in residential and commercial HVAC, mechanical and electronics work, business management and more - united, as they put it, by a love of operating as a family and treating the communities they serve the same way.
Pilot is fully licensed, certified and insured, with over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Its Texas license number is TACLA018776E.
Our mission
The company's stated mission is to "Provide People An Honest, Reliable and Thorough HVAC Service" - and its diagnosis pricing reflects that: diagnoses are priced at a flat rate rather than by the hour, and the team says it will not throw parts at a broken system and hope for the best.

The people behind the work
Maricarmen B. White
Runs the Pilot office - business management, bookkeeping, appointment scheduling and customer service - and is the face of the company most customers meet first.
Doug Hefford
An owning member of Pilot since 2006, Doug handles pricing estimates for jobs and equipment, ordering of equipment and parts, contract agreements and proposals.
Mauro Delgado
Mauro leads system diagnoses and repair and installation project management. A 24-year Navy veteran, he trained at the Lennox training center and holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
Kenny Silverton
A technician on the Pilot service team, working on heating and cooling service calls across the Spring Branch area.
